Black Comedy is an oxymoron in the sense of thinking of words in two different ways. Of course black comedians are funny! Chris Rock rocks!
But black has another meaning does it not? Black can also mean harmful, disgraceful or gloomy. Therefore, gloomy comedy would be an oxymoron, but it is 'funny' to say black comedy because of the dual meaning.
Therefore, please lighten up a bit! And allow Black Comedy to fit the bill as an oxymoron.
